UFO's
On April 20, 2004, Mexican UFO investigator Jaime Maussan was summoned by Mexico's Department of Defense to a private meeting to discuss a matter of national importance. Maussan met with Mexico's Secretary of Defense, and other members of the secretary's staff. Maussan was informed that on March 5, an extraordinary incident took place in the skies over the state of Campeche.
At that time Mexican authorities were navigating the Campeche territory in search of drug fields hidden amongst the grassy terrains. The planes used were not combat planes. At around 5pm Mexican authorities detected an unknown air-traveling vehicle at 10,500 feet over Ciudad del Carmen. The government plane then flew closer to the unknown target to record it with their equipment. They reported their unknown target to base.
The Military Radar painting the object, and the infrared cameras were filming it. The Merlin attempted to move closer yet for a visual confirmation, but as it did, the unknown target made a surprise maneuver, and flew away at great speed. Without warning, the unknown object suddenly reappeared, and began following the government's plane. Within seconds the military radar was now seeing two objects, and STILL there was no visual contact. The crew became alarmed because they could not make a maneuver that would enable a visual confirmation of the unknown objects. In a minute or two, there would be nine more objects, which seemed to have come out of nowhere!. In another unexpected move, the eleven unknown objects were now circling the plane.
Though close enough to see the unknowns, the crew aboard the Merlin stated the objects must have been invisible. After some stressful moments, suddenly the eleven UFOs were gone-nowhere to be seen or recorded on camera. .
On April 22, 2004, General Clemente Vega, Secretary of Defense contacted Maussan and his research team, and turned over all of the tapes and information collected by the Merlin. In a rare move, the Mexican military declared that they were open to discuss and evaluate the sighting of the UFOs without suppressing any information from the public.

ANOTHER REPORTED INCIDENT
France 1954: George Gatay, a foreman of a construction crew, was unexpectedly drawn away from his crew, feeling a sense of "peculiar drowsiness." He walked, but did not know why or to where. As he walked away from his construction site he was amazed to encounter a man standing on a slope, some 30 feet from him. The "man" or "being" was wearing an opaque glass helmet with a large visor. He was wearing gray coveralls, and short boots. He also held an object in his hand, like a rod which Gatay thought it was a weapon or perhaps a disappearing device. There was a kind of electronic instrument display on his chest, like an emblam or sign of some sort. This strange looking man was standing in front of a dome-shaped object, which hovered about 3 feet above the ground.
The craft had a cupola with blade-like devices above it. Gatay, enthralled with the sight of the man and his craft, was frozen in his tracks. Suddenly, the strange man vanished, and there was no way to explain it as the being disappeared from his sight in an instant. It's not like the being walked away or hid, the being just disappeared! Then the sound of a strong whistling sound overshadowed the noise of the construction crew. Soon the object rose by successive jerks vertically and then it disappeared.
Gatay had tried to run after first seeing the being and object, but was "paralyzed" during the sighting. What's more strange is that his seven co-workers were also in a sort of a daze during the incident. All eight of the crew men were "non-believers" before their strange incident.
As soon as Gatay was released from his strange encounter, he ran back to the other workers, and cried, "Have you seen something?" One of the men, Mr. Beurrois, exclaimed, "Yes--A flying saucer!"
Another of the men, added that there was a man dressed like a diver in front of the UFO. it." All other workers added their confirmation to this unpredicted incident.

UFO encounters are not foreign to American soil, there have been numerous sightings of UFO's from all over the United States. We have teh Rosewell incident, we have videos of UFO's flying over Vegas, Florida, New York and many other locations.
